Are you ready for your first mission?
Encourage pupils to become reading spies and take their writing to the next level, Year 6 analysed extracts from the Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz. Developing their descriptive and creative writing, during the two-week block of learning, Year 6 explored different genres, wrote strong lead characters, devised mission files, developed settings, and created pacey stories. Sensational story-tellers, Year 6 then brought their stories to life as they recorded themselves narrating their wonderful words! Click on the links on the table below to listen to each story.
