Shiphay Learning Academy Stories and Rhymes Club
In Stories and Rhymes club we will be developing our Oracy skills through learning and reciting some simple rhymes. We shall also look at some fun rhyming stories together. Each week we shall finish by completing a craft activity related to our story or rhyme that the children will take home.
Year 1 Stories and Rhymes Club will take place on a Thursday between 3.15pm and 4.00pm in Ladybird classroom. Children will be brought to the top playground gate at 4.00pm to be collected or taken to The Hub. The club will start on the 14th of September and finish at half term. A new group will start after October half term on the 2nd of November until the 23rd November.
If your child would like to attend the club, please complete the below Google Form by 12pm on Thursday the 20th of July. If the club is oversubscribed, names will be placed in a hat. You will be informed whether or not your child has a place on Friday 21st July or before.
