Orchestra (Y2-Y6)
Shiphay Learning Academy Orchestra is open to pupils who already have some knowledge of playing a musical instrument or to any pupil who has an interest in joining the percussion section of the orchestra. Orchestra is a fantastic opportunity for children to develop their instrumental skills and learn to play as part of an ensemble and new members are always welcome. The rehearsals this term will take place in the Lunch Club room between 3:15pm and 4:15pm.
This term we will be working towards performances at the Spring Concert In addition to this, there will be opportunities for the children to perform in school assemblies.
Children who were part of Orchestra last term can continue without needing to register. If your child is new to orchestra, please email me.
