Task: have a go at this wall squat challenge. With your legs apart, squat against a wall and place a toilet roll upright on one of your legs. The aim is to squat for as long as possible before the toilet roll falls off. The class with the greatest overall time wins, but the top four individuals with the best effort will gain extra bonus points.
