Performing Arts is a club open to all pupils in Years 3-6 with an interest in singing, dancing and performing.  We perform regularly at school and Torbay events throughout the year and already have some key dates in the diary for 2022/23. New members are always very welcome.  If your child would like to attend the club, please complete the Google Form.

Our first rehearsal this term will be on Thursday 22nd September.  The group will meet in Oak (Miss Farmer's and Mrs Luker's  classroom) between 3:15pm and 4:30pm and pupils can be collected from the field gate at the end of rehearsals.  This first rehearsal will be a chance for us to get to know the children and the range of talents and skills they bring with them.  We can then use this information to choose the right Christmas production to fit the skills of the group.  Our project this term will then be to prepare for our Christmas Carol Service, begin preparing for Young Voices (more information to follow) in the New Year and for other festive events. Our core days are Thursdays, but there may be some Tuesday dates added closer to the performances (Tuesday dates are underlined).  Therefore, following the initial rehearsal, the group will then meet on:

Thursday 29th September, Thursday 6th October, Thursday 13th October, Thursday 20th October, Thursday 3rd November, Thursday 10th November, Thursday 17th November, Tuesday 22nd November, Thursday 24th November, Tuesday 29th November,  Thursday 1st December, Tuesday 6th December.
