Shiphay Learning Academy Mindfulness Club
Mindfulness will take place on a Monday between 12.30pm and 1.00pm in Chestnut Classroom. The club will run throughout the first half term.
At Mindfulness Club, we reflect on what we are thankful for and how we can create a sense of calmness. We design and create our own patterns. We also focus on breathing exercises to help with a sense of relaxation.
In Mindfulness Club we have been exploring breathing exercises, calming strategies and mindfulness activities. We have reflected upon our ‘10 a Day’, the importance of these in helping our physical health and mental health and how we can use these in our daily lives.
